Ginny has 20 years "in the trenches" Silicon Valley experience as a Human Resource and Staffing Management Professional, Mentor, Trainer and Volunteer in both High Tech and the Non-Profit sector. She has designed, developed and delivered training in a variety of capacities. She served for 12+ years as an active Board member for the Goodwill Industries of Santa Clara County Employment Advisory Council providing coaching and mentoring for new HR colleagues and students alike as well as providing job employment training on a volunteer basis for the unemployed.
