q Resume Critique - Can your resume stand the 10 second scrutiny and the 2nd and 3rd level screen? A resume should be as unique as a fingerprint. No one else has your combination of skills, talents and abilities and experience. It is all about understanding your audience, capturing your strengths in an easy to read format and appropriately showcasing your abilities. I will coach you through to a winning final product.

q Interviews - Are you prepared for the phone and/or on-site interview? Do you know how to bring the discussion to a successful close? Do you know how to gauge the success of the interview? Do you need someone to process the interview with? These are things I can help you with.

q Compensation - Most people feel awkward when it comes to discussing money. When is the right time to bring it up, they wonder? How do you answer when you are asked what you are looking for in a salary? Discussing compensation is kind of like dancing. You need to understand your partner's moves so you can both move in the same direction. This is often a lost opportunity for  employees who simply view it as a time for a raise. q Underpaid -This can be a symptom of under-employment which may be tied to differences in perception regarding requirements/expectations for your current role. There are, of course, some cases where a person is underpaid and an adjustment is warranted. I have worked with clients who have successfully addressed both items. It is, however, a multi-layer process and will take some patience on your part. We can look at strategies that will help you.
